A dualized link port optical line termination (OLT) includes: an operation passive optical network (PON) port which measures an operation receiving optical sensitivity value of an optical module according to a signal of a PON MAC chip; a preliminary PON port which measures and stores a preliminary receiving optical sensitivity value by the optical module autonomously; and a CPU which activates the operation PON port, sets the preliminary PON port in order to be prepared for event occurrence of the operation PON port, and compares and determines the operation receiving optical sensitivity value and the preliminary receiving optical sensitivity value. The present invention can determine stability of the preliminary standby line in advance.
