An apparatus for testing a performance according to the present invention comprises: a base; an examination table which is disposed on the base and on which electronic components are placed; an image sensor module which partitively shoots a wide area light emitting display of electronic components by a plurality of image sensors; a module elevating device which vertically moves the image sensor module; a control unit which tests a light emitting display depending on each output value of the image sensors; and a display which displays a test result of the control unit, wherein the apparatus can detect a luminance deviation of a wide area light emitting display through partitively shooting a wide area light emitting display of electronic components by a plurality of image sensors and has an advantage of easily testing performance of a light emitting display.
