The present invention relates to a preparation method of a biocompatible artificial basement membrane and to a biocompatible artificial basement membrane using the same. The artificial membrane using the preparation method of a biocompatible artificial basement membrane according to the present invention is a vertically independent biocompatible membrane which may adjust size and thickness of the membrane in a preparing process. And a large amount of basement membranes are prepared by a single process. The artificial basement membrane is easily and rapidly prepared, is prepared with simple equipment, and costs less. The basement membrane is proper to not only cell culturing, but also alveolus tissue or blood vessel tissue copying of a living body to be effectively used in a research of the basement membrane existing in the tissues.
