The present invention relates to a door connector with a variable panel. The door connector with a variable panel comprises: a connector main body joined to an installation hole of a door panel; an engaging member formed on both sides of the connector main body to be engaged with the installation hole; and a protrusion accommodating part provided on the engaging member to separately accommodate the engagement of door panels having different thicknesses.
