<p>The present invention relates to a device where a wet tissue used to clean off stool remained on the hips when a user replaces a child′s diaper is installed. The present invention comprises: a body where a wet tissue is held; tongs pressing both ends of the wet tissue held by the body to be fixated; and a handle where the tongs are positioned on a center portion. The user uses the wet tissue installed in the device without directly holding the wet tissue with his/her hand in order to completely clean more the child′s hips and the residual stool not coated on the user′s hand, and the user can save the wet tissue.</p> |
