<p>Provided are a wireless heat insulation control system (500) of a heating cable, which can: control the temperature of a heating cable used to maintain the temperature of a pipe of a large-sized plant, a power plant, and the like; and measure heat insulation efficiency of a pipe in real time. The wireless heat insulation control system (500) comprises: a junction box (300) linked to a central server (100) for transmitting and receiving a data signal by interposing a wireless module therebetween; a pipe (400); a heating cable (450) installed around the pipe; a heat insulator (401) for coating the heating cable and the pipe; a first temperature sensor (381) disposed between the heat insulator and a main body of the pipe, and connected to the junction box in a wired or wireless manner; a second temperature sensor (383) connected to the junction box in a wired or wireless manner, and measuring the ambient temperature around the junction box; and a power source unit (140) for controlling the operation of the heating cable so that the pipe coated with the heat insulator maintains a predetermined temperature. When the heating cable is operated, the central server is configured to simultaneously output the heat insulation efficiency of the pipe coated with the heat insulator by calculating time deviations to reach each of a theory valid heat generation amount (Qp) and a measured valid heat generation amount (Qa) of the heating table, from the temperature sensed by the first temperature sensor.</p> |
