The present invention relates to a cooperative driving apparatus between grouped cars. The cooperative driving apparatus includes: a service terminal part which provides a graphic user interface (GUI) for a cooperative driving service; a wireless communications part; and a car control part which transmits a cooperative driving participation request message to a leader car through the wireless communications part as a cooperative driving request signal is transmitted from the service terminal part, transmits the cooperative driving approval request message received from the leader car to the service terminal part, transmits car information received from other cars participated in the cooperative driving through the wireless communications part to the service terminal, and controls the car that a user drives.
