The present invention relates to a polylactic-acid-glycolic-acid copolymer having double pores obtained by using phase separation and to a poly-gamma-glutamate nerve conduit. According to the present invention, a solution is generated by dissolving the polylactic-acid-glycolic-acid copolymer and the poly-gamma-glutamate in dimethylsulfoxide; the mixed solution is inserted in a mold, after a block copolymer is mixed, and then is separated into phases at 40°C, 50°C, and 60°C; and the polylactic-acid-glycolic-acid copolymer having double pores and the poly-gamma-glutamate nerve conduit are produced by cross-linking the phase-separated solution by using hexamethylene diisocyanate. As a result of testing bio-compatibility by measuring the surface, a light absorption rate, and the porosity of the double porous nerve conduit obtained in the earlier step and culturing Schwann cells, the present invention provides the polylactic-acid-glycolic-acid copolymer capable of increasing activity of Schwann cells or the poly-gamma-glutamate nerve conduit and the method for producing the same by using phase separation. The present invention provides a biodegradable double porous conduit having biocompatibility, mechanical strength, flexibility, and double porousness. |
