<p>Provided are a film roll with a reduced film label overlapped when winding in a roll form and a manufacturing method thereof, and a film sheet discharged from a film roll and a manufacturing method thereof. A film roll (22) comprises: a winding core (23) for winding a long object on a circumferential surface; and a long film (10) wound in a roll shape on the circumferential surface of the winding core. The contact pressure is applied on a film surface of the film (10), when winding the film (10) in the roll shape. A coefficient of static friction of a portion applied with the contact pressure on a film surface of the film (10) in the range of 0.05- 0.10 MPa is smaller than or equal to 1.2. A protrusion containing a particle with the height greater than or equal to 30 nm is formed on the film surface, thereby maintaining the coefficient of static friction smaller than or equal to 1.2, even under the contact pressure.</p> |
