According to one embodiment of the present invention, the present invention relates to a visual interactive system for planning an optimized sea route. The purpose of the present invention is to plan an optimized sea route of a vessel. To achieve the purpose, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the visual interactive system comprises: a network generation module; a weather information obtaining module obtaining weather information or receiving the actually observed weather information by a user; an information storage module; a network editing module; a shortest path calculation module calculating a shortest path having minimum costs; and a control module controlling operation of each component.
