<p>A laminating system according to the present invention includes: a copper foil supply unit which supplies copper foils; a resin film supply unit which supplies resin films; a laminating unit which performs lamination to form a copper clad laminate by laminating the supplied copper foils and the supplied resin films; a preheating unit which is located on at least one from a region between the copper foil supply unit and the laminating unit and a region between the resin film supplying unit and the laminating unit and supplies heat energy to at least one of the copper foil and the resin film; and a sub-preheating unit which is located on at least one from a region between the copper foil supply unit and the preheating unit, a region between the resin film supply unit and the preheating unit, and a region between the preheating unit and the laminating unit and supplies supplementary heat energy to at least one of the copper foil and the resin film. According to an aspect of the present invention, adhesiveness between the copper foil and the resin film can be increased when the copper clad laminate is manufactured. Quality of the copper clad laminate manufacture by the laminating system can be increased.</p> |
