摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an antibacterial and deodorizing patch by using a far infrared ray-emitting material and an antibacterial and deodorizing material, wherein tourmaline, illite and sericite are used as the far infrared ray-emitting material; a cloth or non-woven fabric is impregnated with the far infrared ray and anion-emitting powder by using starch and the like; and the inorganic material-impregnated non-woven fabric or cloth is coated with a mixture of hydrogen occlusion coral calcium and stevia powder as the antibacterial and deodorizing agents. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a patch which has an antibacterial and deodorizing function and emits a far infrared ray and anions, which comprises: impregnating a cloth or non-woven fabric with a first liquid solution which is a mixture of tourmaline, illite and sericite as the far infrared ray and anion-emitting material and starch powder and purified water; drying the impregnated cloth or non-woven fabric with a UV lamp and a blower; mixing hydrogen occlusion coral calcium and stevia powder as antibacterial and deodorizing agents with edible glycerin to apply a second spray of the mixture; and drying the patch with a UV lamp. When the patch which has an antibacterial and deodorizing function and emits a far infrared ray and anions according to the present invention is used in packaging the poultry (chickens and ducks) product and processed products, the far infrared ray and anions advantageous to a human body are generated, thereby maintaining freshness of the products. In addition, the anti-bacterial, deodorizing and anti-oxidant effects of hydrogen and stevia result in moisture control and the extension of a decay period, a problem associated with the product storage, thereby generating economic profits, contributing to the food and health field and allowing the manufacturing of a patch for storage of poultry and meat processed products, which can provide an eco-friendly method for disposing the residues after use.</p>
