<p>The present invention relates to a cooking container using a low-vacuum and, more particularly to a cooking container which minimizes destruction of nutrients and cooks various foods by having a safety means in a lid of the cooling container in order to discharge steam to prevent excessively high pressures while cooking, and a pressure release means in the lid of the cooking container in order to release the inside pressure when opening the lid; and is economical by not requiring a large amount of water and heat sources, and can be conveniently used by opening and closing the lid in any direction. The present invention may include: a container having a flange and a projection bent in the upper part; a lid for opening and closing the container while maintaining airtightness of the outer circumference surface and a disc body; a clamp which is provided in the upper part of the lid and is operated forward and backward, being locked or unlocked by the container; a safety means which is provided in a side of the clamp in order to prevent safety accidents by discharging excessively high pressure in the container to the outside; and a pressure release means which is provided in the other side of the clamp for safely opening the lid by discharging the inner pressure to the outside before the lid opens.</p> |
