The present invention relates to a mold for injection-molding a curved vehicle interior material, and a manufacturing method thereof. At least one of the upper and lower cores of the injection mold which is used to mold a vehicle interior material includes: an outer block having a cavity face limiting a cavity and an insertion groove formed on the opposite surface of the cavity face; and an inner block inserted in the insertion groove. The dead-end face of the insertion groove and the side surface of the inner block facing the dead-end face are curved faces having corresponding shapes to come in contact when the inner block is inserted to the insertion grooves. A curved channel is carved on the side surface of the inner block and is extended along the curved surface. Multiple curved flow paths are limited to let at least one of the coolant or water vapor flow through by the dead-end face of the insertion groove and the curved channels of the inner block. A curved flow path connecting flow path is formed in the outer block to be connected to both ends of the curved flow paths to let the fluids flow through.
