The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a roll type folded PE lining tube for a non-digging repairing of an underground pipe line, and a roll type folded PE lining tube manufactured thereby, more particularly, the present invention may include: a folding unit (100) which pressures an outside wall of a circular tube (P0) and folds into a folded tube having a U-shaped cross section; a heating unit (H) which heats the folded tube by applying high temperature hot air; a tensioner (200) which pressures the folded tube into a uniform thickness; and a coiling unit (300) which coils the folded tube into a roll type folded tube (P3).
