An apparatus is described for endovascularly replacing a patient's heart valve. The apparatus comprises an expandable anchor (30) supporting a replacement valve (20). The anchor (30) has a delivery configuration and a deployed configuration. The anchor comprises edge cells that have an inwardly canted configuration about a circumference of the anchor.
