The present invention provides a method for vertical correction of an electrode bar for a super drilling electric discharge machine, wherein a block forming a detection groove is used for an electrode bar to have a different height of a Z-axis inside the detection groove to be individually moved in two XY planes which are limited to be a different size to be in contact with three points with the detection groove, thereby using a central point of a circle passing through three points for a vertical state of the electrode bar to be corrected with trigonometric function. Therefore, by using a block having a simple shape, a vertical state of the electrode bar can be corrected to automatically and conveniently perform vertical correction, and further increase accuracy of a discharge processing with respect to an object to be processed to reduce a defective rate. Especially, the present invention provides the method for vertical correction of an electrode bar for a super drilling electric discharge machine, wherein the detection groove is formed to be a conical columnar shape narrowing toward the inside. Thus, even if a tilted electrode bar enters the inside of the detection groove around a Z-axis, a side of the electrode bar is not in contact with an internal side of the detection groove to prevent a position of the electrode bar from being wrongly detected for precise and accurate correction. |
