<p>The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a light absorption layer of a solar cell which includes the steps of: a) forming a bottom electrode layer on a substrate; b) forming a first precursor layer made of a compound of a III group element and a VI group element on the bottom electrode layer; c) forming a second precursor layer made of a compound of copper and a VI group element on the first precursor layer; d) forming a third precursor layer made of the compound of the III group element and the VI group element on the second precursor layer; and e) performing a cooling process after a chalcogen process. In the b), c), and d) steps, a simultaneous evaporation method is performed at 350 to 450 degrees centigrade.</p> |
