FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to agriculture, in particular to production of a fodder product. The fodder product suitable for feeding mammals, birds and fish, includes the alkyl ether of a fatty acid where the said acid has chain length equal to 11-12 carbon atoms, the said ether dosage in the said fodder product for animals equal to at least 50 ppm of the said animal fodder product weight.EFFECT: proposed fodder product possesses strong antimicrobial activity and antipathogenic properties resulting in a beneficial composition of gastrointestinal microbiota and enhanced efficiency of fodders consumption by animals to ensure preventive effect on inflammatory processes in animal gastrointestinal tract.13 cl, 4 tbl |
