FIELD: power industry.SUBSTANCE: power plant contains: two lifting wings located one above another and having ESPERO aerodynamic profile, the tight shell with the shape of lifting wings filled with inert gas, volume aluminium fittings with the shape of lifting wing; the strength aluminium rods connecting into uniform rigid structure two lifting wings and the sphere truncated from two sides, volume aluminium fittings in a form of the sphere truncated from two sides, a tight cover of the sphere truncated from two sides; the confusor-diffuser integrated into the middle part of internal cavity of the sphere truncated from two sides, two bladed wind turbines located in the hollow cylinder in the middle part of internal cavity of the sphere truncated from two sides; the fixed shaft of bladed wind turbines, rims of blades of wind turbines. In addition the power plant is fitted with the film photo-electric modules located on external surfaces of the lifting wings.EFFECT: invention is intended for uninterrupted generation of electric power in the regions with light breezes far from a traditional electric network.2 cl, 9 dwg |
