The multilayer conductive film comprises layer 1 of a conductive material including polymer material 1 with an alicyclic structure in the main circuit and conductive particles 1, and layer 2 that includes a material resistant to the potential of a positive electrode. The material resistant to the potential of the positive electrode is a conductive material consisting of polymer material 2 resistant to the potential of the positive electrode and particles 2.
