FIELD: engines and pumps.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurements of plasma engine parameters. Claimed device comprises the bar fitted at the propulsor on axis perpendicular to that of the engine. Note here that it incorporates deflecting magnetic system fitted at the bar one end, behind said propulsor. System reset assy is fitted at the bar opposite end. Reset unit consists of the core mounted at the said bar and solenoid installed at aircraft frame to develop the restore force.
