摘要 FIELD: mechanics.SUBSTANCE: functional structure of individual reciprocating turn of extension elements for clamping and holding of diagnostic and surgical housings inside toroid robot system with extension lid comprising casing, support washer, turn drive with gearbox that by means of the gearbox pinion is functionally connected with the turn pinion, round plate with axial hole, where the extension elements for clamping and holding of the diagnostic and surgical tools are secured, and internal and external edges of the round plate with the axial hole are made with cylindrical shape and are oriented vertically downwards and vertically upwards, respectively; also contains bearings, at that the casing of the individual reciprocating turn of group of the extension elements for clamping and holding of the diagnostic and surgical tools is made with toroidal shape with extension lid together with the extension internal part of the toroidal casing, inside which the support washer with axial hole is secured, at that its middle part and outermost part of the support washer are made cylindrical, they are oriented upwards, and between them with same spacing the individual sectors of the round plate with the extension elements for clamping and holding of the diagnostic and surgical tools are secured, on the internal cylindrical parts of each individual sector of the round plate several journal bearings are secured, they are located on the horizontal oriented part of the sector, and on their outermost cylindrical parts the appropriate drive with gearbox is secured, and turn pinion is also made as individual sectors, and their middle parts are functionally connected with the pinion of the appropriate gearbox; at that additional washer is installed with the internal cylindrical part, on which successively groups of the limiting bearings are secured, they are located above top cylindrical outermost individual sectors of hemispheric plates.EFFECT: improvement of the design.5 dwg
