FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: method includes the following stages: (i) production of the first flow of material containing meat and/or fish emulsion, and the second flow of material containing gel-forming and/or gel-like substance, (ii) preferably continuous introduction of the second flow of material into the first flow of material in the form of layers and/or rough dispersion in the form of drops, (iii) hardening of the specified first flow of material contained in the combination of materials produced at the stage (ii), and (iv) cutting of the combination of materials produced at the stage (iii), into pieces with thickness from around 0.6 to around 6 mm, preferably from 0.8 to 4 mm and more preferably from 0.9 to 3 mm, and (v) incomplete breaking of pieces, where gel layers were located. Also the invention relates to animal feed or food made by this method.EFFECT: use of the invention will make it possible to produce a product with appearance of natural pieces of meat or fish.15 cl, 2 dwg |
