FIELD: measurement equipment.SUBSTANCE: measuring method of actual pitches of roller chains as distance along the link axis between identical generatrixes of two one-sidedly offset adjacent rollers, according to which a calliper gauge with a digital indicating device is used for a measurement; with that, a fixed jaw of the calliper gauge is fixed, and a movable jaw of the calliper gauge is used for one-sided offset of the first roller of the measured link of the roller chain and zero setting of readings of the digital indicating device of the calliper gauge is performed; position of the fixed jaw of the calliper gauge is saved and the movable jaw is moved to the second roller of the measured link; the second roller is one-sidedly offset and the value of the actual pitch is read out; in order to measure the pitch of the next link of the roller chain, zero setting of readings is performed, the movable jaw is moved to the next roller, the next roller is one-sidedly offset and the value of the next actual pitch is read out, etc.EFFECT: measuring method provides control of actual pitches of roller chains by a standard tool and requires no preliminary adjustment.1 dwg |
