FIELD: woodworking industry.SUBSTANCE: woodchipper comprises a casing (12), a loading neck (13), a cutter disc (2) and a disc (4) with blades mounted on one shaft (1), a perforated cylinder (10). The disc with blades, which is mounted inside the perforated cylinder, and the ring (6) rigidly secured to the blades form the air inlet windows (7) in the central part of the disc. The pivotally mounted hammers (8) on the axes of the suspension (9) are mounted on the cutter disc and the disc with the blades. The ring is mounted between the cutting disc and the disc with blades. The perforated cylinder is made with counter-hammers (11). In the central part of the casing sidewalls the suction holes (14) are made. The shredded chips are removed from the casing through the window (15).EFFECT: improved reliability of the woodchipper operation.3 cl, 2 dwg |
