FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to method of predicting syndrome of intrauterine foetal development retardation in third trimester of gestation in case of reactivation of chronic cytomegaloviral infection (CMI) in women with threat of miscarriage in second trimester of pregnancy. Essence of method consists in the following: in second trimester of gestation in case of reactivation of chronic cytomegaloviral infection in women, level of IgM antibodies to CMV and IgG antibodies to CMV is determined in paired blood serums, in points - A, degree of abortion threat expression is estimated in points - B, concentration of tumour necrosis factor-? (pg/ml) is determined in points C. Value of discriminant function D with boundary value equal +18.61 is calculated. If D is lower than boundary value of discriminant function, absence of syndrome of intrauterine foetal development retardation is predicted, and if D is equal or is larger than boundary value of discriminant function, development of syndrome of intrauterine foetal development retardation is predicted.EFFECT: application of claimed method makes it possible to effectively predict syndrome of intrauterine foetal development in third trimester of gestation in case of reactivation of chronic cytomegaloviral infection (CMV) in women with threat of miscarriage in second trimester of pregnancy.2 ex |
