FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to traumatology and orthopaedics and can be applied for treating arthroses, osteoneroses and other types of arthropathies. A dielectric shell in an electret condition (DSEC) is installed inside the bone by means of a holder. Before DSEC an installation hole, through which the DSEC holder is introduced, is made in the bone, and DSEC is left inside the bone to the moment of the DSEC discharge. The DSEC holder for the method realisation is made in the form of a body, with transverse dimensions of the body being smaller than the transverse dimensions of the hole in the bone.EFFECT: method makes it possible to eliminate pain syndrome, prevent disease progression.18 cl, 9 dwg |
