Excess fluid in the tank (5) is displaced to the expansion tank (7). When the capacitor bank (13) is discharged the reverse process is observed, and in result double-arm lever (16) is rotated relatively to the rotation axis (17) in counterclockwise direction. Thus operation cycle of the electromagnetic motor is completed. A new cycle is started from charging of capacitor bank (12) and (13).EFFECT: increasing quick action.1 dwg
