The present invention relates to a method for effectively using byproduct of purified silica, which can manufacture a clinker by plasticizing at the temperatures of 1350-1,500°C, after mixing 70-99.9 wt% of a cement raw material which does not contain natural silica and 0.1-30 wt% of slime which is a byproduct of purified silica, and decarbonizing at the temperatures of 850-950°C, thereby effectively using slime which is a landed and discarded byproduct of purified silica, thereby contributing to construction of resource recycle-based society by conserving natural resources and contributing to durability of a landfill.
