<p>Provided is a card management server and an operating method. The card management server includes an issuing part issuing a prepaid card by charging or purchasing the card with a first sum, given to a virtual account according to a preset payment process; and a processing part depositing the first sum and a difference of a preset limit of the prepaid card to an actual account, registered by being connected to the prepaid card, if the first sum exceeds the preset limit of the prepaid card. Moreover, the card management server more includes a providing part giving a fee to a place, giving the first sum, according to an amount of money charged in the prepaid card, and providing a compensation to a user of the prepaid card.</p> |
