The present invention relates to a solid fuel in a new combination which shows excellent resource recyclability by using byproducts produced during a biodiesel production, has a high calorific value, and is cost-effective, and to a manufacturing method thereof. Provided are a solid fuel using sewage sludge and biodiesel byproducts and a manufacturing method thereof wherein the present invention is manufactured by comprising a glycerin pitch and a spent carbon, which are produced during a purification of a crude glycerin, and a dried sewage sludge.
