METHOD FOR EVALUATING QUALITY GRADE OF NATURAL LACQUER

The present invention relates to a method for evaluating the natural lacquer quality level. The method includes the steps of: (a) separating catechol derivatives in the natural lacquer; and analyzing one or more subjected selected among the drying time of the natural lacquer, the content ratio of the separated catechol derivatives compared with respect to the content ratio of the natural lacquer, and the type and content of the catechol derivatives measured by the analysis using one or more of gas chromatography-mass spectroscopy (GC-MS), nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), and infrared spectroscopy (IR) to evaluate the quality of the natural lacquer. Accordingly, the present invention can easily evaluate the quality of the natural lacquer being distributed by analyzing the type and content of catechol which is the main ingredient of the natural lacquer as well as the addition of foreign matters and distinguish high-quality natural lacquer to enable lacquer standardization at a certain level ultimately.
