The present invention relates to a device to prevent an opening of a main steam isolating valve. Damages to a device are prevented and maintenance time of an operating device is stably obtained by preventing a mandatory opening of a valve disk even if a valve operating device is separated. An opening preventing device for the purpose of the present invention comprises: a lower support (50) mounted on a step guide (13), and an upper rod (60) supported on an upper portion of a support yoke (40) wherein a bolt part (51) is installed in the lower support (50); a coupling nut (61) integrated with an upper rod (60) corresponding to the bolt part (51); and a fixing nut (52) for a fixing coupling of the coupling nut (61) coupled with the bolt part (51).
