发明名称 PREPARING METHOD OF ALLOY CATALYST USING POLY DOPAMINE COATING AND ALLOY CATALYST THEREBY
摘要 The present invention relates to a method for preparing an alloy catalyst for a fuel cell having excellent durability and high catalytic activities. The method includes a step of coating carbon-supported platinum or platinum-transition metal catalyst by using polydopamine (PDA) as a capping material. The method appies the PDA as the capping material to the carbon-supported platinum or platinum-transition metal catalyst to prepare the double and triple alloy catalyst of the carbon supported platinum having a high alloy rate and a small particle size despite the high-temperature heat treatment performed afterward. The PDA can be thinly and uniformly coated by having the high adhesion and suppresses the particle size from increasing in heat treatment while easily dispersing the transition metals into a metal material. Accordingly, the present invention can prepare the alloy catalyst having the core-shell structure with a platinum-only surface layer and the high alloy rate to ensure the excellent activity and durability of the alloy catalyst. The PDA can be polymerized at the room temperature to be coated without additional reagents and equipment, thereby reducing the manufacturing costs increasing and production efficiency.
