The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing instant cooked-rice including vegetables in an aseptic package. More specifically, the instant cooked-rice including vegetables in an aseptic package which includes useful nutrients of the vegetables and excellent anti-oxidation ability can be provided by: soaking the vegetables such as Cirsium setidens and dried radish leaves in water for 0.5-2.0 hours; pre-treating the vegetables by boiling the vegetables for 2.0-4.0 hours; mixing and boiling the vegetables with rice soaked in water; and sterilizing, cooling, and packaging the boiled vegetables and rice. |
