The present invention relates to a touch panel manufactured by an imprinting process and, more specifically, to a touch panel wherein the thickness of the touch panel can be adjusted thinly by forming electrode patterns on one side and the other side of a first resin layer and a second resin layer, which are integrated in one body individually. Also, the reliability and productivity can be obtained by the first resin layer and the second resin layer having the same material properties, so the touch panel can be manufactured at lower costs.
