<p>The present invention relates to a device to manufacture an exclusive continuous plastic bag for a recycling rubbish bin. An exclusive continuous plastic bag, used for hospitals, public offices, or buildings, is manufactured by automatically attaching a plurality of rubbish bags, covering a rubbish bin. When a plastic bag (V), supplied from a plastic bag roller (1), is moved through transfer rollers (2)(3), the plastic bag is supplied by a plastic bag passing part (4) while being folded in an inner container (6) by an outer container (5), moving up and down, the fixed inner container (6), and a guide part. The guide part folds and fixes the plastic bag (V) in the inner container while being moved up and down or left or right by a cylinder for left and right movement and a cylinder for up and down movement. When the folding is completed, an upper part of the plastic bag (V) is cut by a cutting part (16), and while the inner container (6) is inclined by rotation cylinders (27)(28), a circular ring in a lower part of the inner container (6) is pushed up by plastic bag removing cylinders (20)(21), and then the right separates the plastic bag (V) and a rod strikes the plastic bag (V) to move the bag.</p> |
