<p>According to this invention a light to electric energy converting device is disclosed. The light to energy converting device comprise an artificial light source holding device to hold the light source. A cover is provided over the light source to reflect the light in the desired direction. A plurality of photocells are positioned on the inner surface of the cover such that to absorb energy from artificial light and converting the same into electric energy to be used directly or stored for subsequent use.</p> |
