The present invention is to provide a novel cell penetrating peptide, a composition for delivering a biologically active material using the same, a composition for a gene therapy, a method for delivering a biologically active material, and a gene therapy method. The cell penetrating peptide in the present invention is able to effectively deliver a protein into a human cell line and tissues, and also able to deliver the protein with higher efficiency compared to a TAT peptide which is commonly used as a cell penetrating peptide. In addition, the present invention can be used for a delivering tool of the biologically active materials which can be used for a therapeutic purpose in a cell, for example, proteins, genetic materials, and chemical compounds.
