<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the display of a wasteful advertisement.SOLUTION: A distribution device 20 includes a distribution unit 22 which distributes contents including a control program to a user terminal 30. The control program controls the user terminal 30 to execute: an acquisition procedure for acquiring, in a content, an area to be displayed on a user terminal screen, as a visible area; a determination procedure for determining whether or not the display area, included in the content, of a moving image display area is located in the visible area; and a reproduction procedure for starting reproducing the moving image, when the display area is located in the visible area and when the user terminal 30 is operated and loading subsequent to the content is started, as a predetermined state of the user terminal 30.</p> |
