METHOD FOR PRODUCING PEROVSKITE TYPE METAL OXYNITRIDE

[Problem] To provide a novel method for producing an oxynitride. [Solution] A method for producing a perovskite type metal oxynitride, which is characterized by including (A) a hydrogenation step of reducing a perovskite type oxide in a reductive oxygen elimination reaction using a metal hydride so as to form a perovskite type oxyhydride in which both oxide ions (O2-) and hydride ions (H-) are present, and (B) a nitriding step of heat treating the perovskite type oxyhydride at a temperature of 300-600ºC in the presence of a nitrogen supply source so as to convert hydride ions (H-) into nitride ions (N3-) and form a perovskite type oxynitride that contains nitride ions (N3-).
