In order to improve the dispensing accuracy of liquid from a sealed liquid holding container without complicating a device, atmospheric pressures inside and outside the sealed liquid holding container are measured by a pressure sensor connected to a dispensing probe, and the discharge operation amount of a pump is corrected according to the measured pressures. The discharge operation amount of the pump is corrected by calculating the deformation amount of a dispensing flow path due to pressure change.
