Provided are the following: a muscle enhancing drug containing, as an effective component, an amino acid composition consisting of ornithine or a salt thereof, citrulline or a salt thereof, and arginine or a salt thereof; and a composition containing an amino acid composition consisting of 10 to 80wt% of ornithine or a salt thereof, 10 to 80wt% of citrulline or a salt thereof, and 10 to 80wt% of arginine or a salt thereof, and proteins at a ratio by weight of 1 to 20-fold relative to the amino acid composition. |
