The present invention relates to a monoclonal antibody CA27 capable of recognizing a Mycoplasma-infected circulating tumor cell, and a method for detecting a Mycoplasma infected-circulating tumor cell using the same. Since the monoclonal antibody CA27 specifically recognizes Mycoplasma p37 protein, it is possible to identify whether or not the Mycoplasma-infected circulating tumor cell is present in the blood of cancer patients. Therefore, the present invention has an advantage of being capable of predicting early cancer metastasis potential in the treatment of cancer patients.
