PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation base equipped with a drum lifting device capable of executing lifting work of the drum by eliminating limitation in transportation of an unwilling drum having heavy weight, a large diameter and a long body and without depending on a crane or the like at a use site of the drum.SOLUTION: A rotary base T is used, formed of a lower board 1 and an upper board 2 arranged on the lower board 1 via a rotation support mechanism and supporting a drum D, and to the upper board 2 of the rotary base T, a lifting device S is assembled in which a square frame body 30 is configured by x-axis frames 31 capable of expansion and contraction and y-axis frames 32 to which roller parts 34 for mounting the drum D are attached.
