PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lining structure which prevents a lining member from being damaged through relaxation of stress concentration caused by the difference in thermal expansion.SOLUTION: A lining structure 1 includes a lining member 20 disposed on a base material 10 of an insertion pipe 3 for use in adding chemical agents to a reaction vessel 2 for leaching metal from slurry. The base material 10 includes a pipe part 11 and a flange part 12. The lining member 20 made of material different from the base material 10 is disposed on the base material 10, including a pipe lining part 21 disposed on the pipe part 11 and a flange lining part 22 disposed on the flange part 12. The flange part 12 includes a chamfered part 13. The pipe lining part 21 projects to the same height as the flat surface 22a of the flange lining part 22. The flange lining part 22 projecting toward the side of the base material 10 on the chamfered part 13 includes a curved surface part 24 to be welded to the projection of the pipe lining part 21 projecting from the inclined surface 13a of the chamfered part 13.
