A test strip sample pouring tank (3) comprises a reaction tank (34) for containing a test strip (4); an openable and closeable negative-pressure cavity (32) communicated with the reaction tank (31) is arranged below the reaction tank (31); a drainage hole (33) for communication between the reaction tank (31) and the negative-pressure cavity (32) is arranged therebetween. The test strip (4) is placed in the reaction tank (31), the test strip (4) is completely soaked in a sample through sample pouring after the negative-pressure cavity (32) is closed, and after the test strip (4) is in full contact with the sample, the negative-pressure cavity (32) is opened to suck the sample into the negative-pressure cavity (32) via the drainage hole (33), and thus the sample within the test strip sample pouring tank (3) is removed by suction. Through the method of soaking the test strip (4) completely, the sample reacts with the test strip (4) accurately and sufficiently; furthermore, by means of the arrangement of the negative-pressure cavity (32), the sample is entirely removed so that erroneous results of detection of the test strip (4) caused by an inaccurate sample application, a missing sample application, excessive sample pouring and the like can be completely avoided, and therefore, the purpose of improving the accuracy of detection is realized. Also disclosed are a drying analyzer and a sample pouring and cleaning method thereof. The drying analyzer comprises a sampling needle (1) and the test strip sample pouring tank (3). |
