PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic probe which can improve adhesive strength when bonding a piezoelectric vibrator and a substrate.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic probe comprises: a piezoelectric vibrator having a vibrator-side electrode which transmits/receives ultrasonic waves; and a substrate which is electrically connected by contacting the vibrator-side electrode and has a substrate-side electrode which transmits/receives ultrasonic waves by the piezoelectric vibrator by transmitting/receiving an electric signal to/from the vibrator-side electrode. In the substrate-side electrode, the width in a part of the substrate-side electrode in the transverse direction reaches the width of the piezoelectric vibrator in the transverse direction and additionally the substrate-side electrode has an adhesion area from a surface contacting the vibrator-side electrode to a surface contacting the substrate, and adhesive agent is flown in the adhesion area.
