an instruction unit configured to instruct that a security policy be enabled or disabled; a setting unit configured to, in a case where it is instructed that the security policy be enabled by the instruction unit, change a setting item corresponding to the security policy so that the security policy is satisfied, as well as set so that a setting value of the setting item cannot be changed; and a control unit configured to, in a case where it is instructed that the security policy be disabled by the instruction unit, control so that a setting value of the setting item is changed under a condition that a security policy associated with the setting item corresponding to the security policy is disabled.
